‎Jurassic World™: The Game

The herbivore fusion event just ended. Though I participated in it and made the goal way before it ended, I received no rewards whatsoever. Later on I submitted a ticket through help and support, which usually works, but this time they straight up ignored my request and shut down the conversation on their end.Here comes the worst part, I went on to their discord server, tagged a support for help. That individual then wrote me a whole paragraph just to tell me to wait patiently, didn’t even touch on my missing reward. However, with the conversation being turned off, how is me being patient going to change anything? Since I couldn’t even get any response back??? I replied this and tell them I don’t even need any response, I’m just trying to get a confirmation from the supports on whether they acknowledge this problem or not. THEN I GET BANNED! FOR 24 HOURS! HOW DOES THIS EVEN MAKE SENSE??!! If anyone from the crew saw this, please help me out, such injustice shouldn’t go unnoticed, especially for someone like me, who’s been supporting since the very start of it
